2 - Non receiver front cuts and drives onto circle to receive pass from team mate
3 - GS times lead or front position to receive from mid court as she lands on circle edge
No shot - throw the ball out to spare player on baseline who will return ball back to Feeder on transverse
4 - Both mid court players run to opposite side and repeat using other feeder (F)
Repeat x times before putting shot up
