This drill works on reflex catching while people are moving around. Players are paired up, one doing fast feet and moving about and the other feeding different passes to them. (lobs, drop, left, right) Really making them reach to grab in the ball when moving around. The idea is to work on the technique of the passes while getting players better at catching tricky balls.
