Set up a square with cones 10x40
Equal amount of players stand behind a cone, start with one ball and the aim is to pass the ball and follow to the next cone.
Coaching points- high intensity, accurate passing (use different passing), progress to footwork, powerful / accurate passing, eventually add a second ball to speed it up. (Set up 2 squares if players standing around)

Most club teams defend one-on-one and nothing else. A well-drilled zone gives you a second option, and against the right opponent it is the difference between chasing and controlling.
The backline pass is the most under-coached restart in netball. Get it right and you turn a dead ball into an attacking weapon before the opposition has reset.
July is the month that decides your season. Netball is not a steady jog - it is a string of short, sharp, repeated sprints with barely any recovery. Here is how to build a pre-season engine that still has legs in the final quarter.
