Mid court, practise with all players taking turns. All players are lined up behind each other and each have a turn when it is there turn. Thrower passes to runner, runner returns the ball and then runs to cone to right of them, once there, thrower throws them the ball checking foot work, receiver catches, stops and returns the ball, then they run back to the start and over to the next cone to the left of them, repeat the pass, catch, stop, return the ball to the thrower and then run to the back of the line. Continue until all players have had a go.
