Hi Chizara, The 3 Point Shooting drill focuses on shot techniques. Players take a shot from a spot and cannot move to the next spot until they succeed. If they miss, they start again.
Coaching Points:
- To make this drill more engaging, turn it into a challenge by seeing who can make it around the shooting D in the fewest shots possible.
- Players take turns shooting. If they score, they progress; if they miss, they return to the starting point.
