netball coaching for year 11s

im doing a 20 minute session with netball to yr 11s. i have to do a warm up and a attacking practice and shooting practice, does anyone have any different warm ups or games in which i can use, thank you !

Hi Grace, 

We have a number of drills available in our 'Warm Up' category, however I have suggested a few below:
1) Numbers Game

2) Rats and Rabbits

3) Tag Ball

I hope this has given you a few ideas.
