What can you do to intercept on a high/over ball?

Hi Kobie-Lee,

Here's a great drill you can give a go to intercept over balls. You can find more drills like this under the defence category in the netball drills section.

When defending a high/over ball anticipation and acceleration are key. Defenders must be able to read the situation quickly and then be able to adapt to intercept the ball.

Hope this helps.
