Is there footwork in this wall passing practice?

Is there footwork in this wall passing practice?

I feel that the drill showing an elevated two handed pass, is showing foot work being committed...

Hi Steph,

I've just had a look and think I've found the drill you're referring to (see below).

The footwork in this video is correct, but because the way it has been looped (it's a very short clip) it does look as though the player has taken an illegal step.

The reason we looped the clip is to make it easier for coaches to watch the skill several times without having to continually press play.

I hope this puts your mind at ease and thanks for keeping us on our toes!

Elevated pass (2 handed high)

DESCRIPTION
When ready players should bend their knees and jump upwards, with both hands behind the ball. Their hands start at their forehead height and then release the ball towards the wall with a follow through. Once the move is complete players receive the ball in landing position.
