Our girls have recently become unmotivated and bored with netball, i want to make training tonight fun and exciting, does anyone have any ideas of what we can do. Drills and or bonding excersies? xx
Make sure your training session has a flow to it so the girls don`t have time to get bored. I`ve found that if I make things up as I go along or if I have to work out the drill or game during training, the girls tend to get bored just standing around. Also alternate drills with fun games. The one Tara mentioned above is a favourite with us too and this website has plenty of examples of other fun games. Something I haven`t tried, but I think might be fun is to use music in the warm up session. Good luck!
