This drill can be performed in pairs, or players can perform it individually against a wall.
Players set the ball either to their partner or against the wall, and alternates between setting while standing on their feet, and setting with a jump.
Ask your players jump to jump as high as possible so that they are setting the ball using mainly their arm muscles.
If players struggle to alternate at first between standing position and jump setting, start them off with just overhand passing in standing position, and then introduce jump setting gradually.
