2 v 1 one player with ball tries to retain possession whilst other 2 work to dislodge ball.
30 secs of work - if successful before time up start again. Players must stay on their feet at all times.
Use strong grip and upper body strength to keep ball.
Keep shoulder moving to prevent ball being dislodged.
The 2 defenders should work together to win ball. Encourage attention on hands and fingers to loosen grip. Push ball up and/or down to weaken grip.
