Rugby Drill Demonstration

Description

  • Groups of ten
  • One ball per group
  • Always start with a line out i.e. Trower two catchers and four backs.

    • Coaching points

    Attackers:

  • After the line out, run at space and stay away from the touchlines

    • Defenders:

  • Try to cover the space evenly

    • Average rating
