I mix up the 12 players so its fair on everyone. There are 6 players on each team so I have to get rid of one position which is the WD. They play on half for 10 minutes and then swap sides for the other half. to make it fair I will let the team chose where they want to go, and will do the toss up for the centres to see who will start.
