Both the Goal Attack and Goal Defence can go within both the centre and goal thirds. Defence staying as close as possible with their player while attack stay as far back to the hoop when possible and break free. The Wings can also go centre and goal thirds but can not go into the goal circle. Always try and stay free and close by to help out.
