DESCRIPTION

These games get participants practising their dynamic movement without conscious thought. Use a variety of different types of movements during the games to increase a wider level of dynamic ability The use of spots or cones as a base level could reduce participants having to start from the beginning when caught or increase the difficulty by ensuring children have to make their journey via a set number of cones or colours.
