Set up on half of the court, coach stands with a ball where players must hold and defend for 3 seconds over the ball. One player starts as a passer. Players move through the course, high knees, sprint, defend, side step, sprint, fast footwork, sprint to receive, and then take a place as a passer until you pass off to next player then you may move back to the line. Change of direction is important, moving shoulders and hips when pushing off to sprint. Quick feet around the cones to work on foot work. Strong 3 feet with knees bent ready to shuffle off.
