Three/four skills circuits set up around the edge of the circle, girls work through each circuit at their own pace and are encouraged to mix between `slow and steady` (focus on correct execution of the skill) and `at pace!` (Focus on completing the skill quickly and working with whatever happens). 1. WIDE slalom through and around cones, keeping the ball under control and getting a shot away without taking an extra touch. 2. Smaller drags and dodges between cones, spin away from tyre between it and the cone. Taking a shot as early as possible once inside the circle. 3. Drag left to right, lift over cones, squeeze or lift over next line of cone and taking a reverse shot/reverse volley shot.
