Drill used to train intercepting skills and transfering the ball to create counter attack
Ball is played into the 1v1 battle. If the attacker (blue) receives the ball then the he attacks the circle and makes it a 2v2 towards goald. If the defender (red) intercepts the ball then the defender must transfer the ball out to the CM who transfers across to opposite side. The player on the outide playes the ball into the 2 v 2 battle and creates a 4v3 by joining the game with the players in the circle.
