Intercept Read the play and get the ball before the person they are passing to. Delay Aim to get yourself between the ball and the goal and force the player sideways or backwards and delay the attack. This will give you team time to get back behind the ball. Channel Use your body shape to force the attacker away from goal/danger area and use the side line as your partner and friend Tackle Nothing for it! You have to make the tackle. Do not let the attacker through your box!
