- Jump up from the tackle and receive the kick from opposition. Then make a decision to go left or right around the defender once past them kick the ball down the field.
- Running up the field, with 3 other teammates spaced 3 meters apart, with the injured athlete postioned in the centre.
- The attacker will make the decision to go to the left or the right of the middle player and if he goes to the right the injured athlete will perform a chop tackle whilst the outside defender chest tackles. The same applies if he goes to the left.
This will be carried out at 50% of maximum speed.
