There will be 5 tackle bags being held by 5 members of the group. All other members of group will divide themselves according into 5 even lines. they will run in and tackle the bag to the floor get up go round and join the back of the line ready to go again. the next person goes whilst the old tacker re joins the line. there should be 5 players tackling the bags at once after 10 rotations the players on the bag will swap with other players.
