In teams of 4, with 2 people per row, the idea is to move the ball quickly, offloading before reaching the cone.
Once the ball carrier has offloaded, they run back 'onside' behind the 2nd row person who is now waiting to recieve.
Both sides continue down the pitch, ensuring they are passing while moving and move back onside after each pass.
Looking at speed and precision of passing as well as ensuring players return onside to support further moves/passes etc.
