Given a breakdown attack is already set
Defence run around the corner and set up:
-A blind
-A
-B
and any additional defender takes B's position and pushes him sideway to become C etc.
VARIATIONS:
-Coaches can condition the number of defenders
-Add 3 cloured markers as breakdowns
-Play the breakdown to start
-Go on for 2 or more phases
A defends on 9 and picks
B defends on 10 and inside plays
-All players must keep they eyes up and mark their men
-COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY (A calls "hold" "up" and anyone else is just looking forward)
-B must not move until next defender comes
