DESCRIPTION

BUILDING ON FROM THE CATERPILLAR DRILL WE WILL BUILD UP THE PHASES FROM EACH BREAKDOWN

7 PLAYERS IDEALLY, 2 PODS OF THREE AND 1 SCRUM HALF WHO WILL PLAY SCRUM HALF THROUGH THE 3 PHASES

  • POD 1 TAKES BALL INTO FIRST PAD SET UP THE CATERPILLAR RUCK AND PROTECT BALL
  • SCRUMHALF PASSES FROM THE RUCK THE THE 2ND POD WHO WILL SET UP RUCK ON SECOND PAD
  • 1ST POD WILL GET UP AND BECOME THE 3RD POD WAITING FOR THE SCRUM HALF PASS FROM RUCK 2

  • WIN THE RUCK AND PROTECT BALL
  • COMMUNICATION FROM SECOND POD TO RECIEVE PASS FROM RUCK
