The attacker (circle) has to get from one side of the black cones to the other and receive a pass whilst the defender (square) wants to use side and front marking to push them
towards the side-line and make it harder for them to receive the pass. The defender picks up the player as soon as they go past the red cones. The longer it takes the attacker to receive a pass, the better.
Look for body angles when defending and how the attacker tries to get away from the defender eg roll, dodge
