Drill 1: Throw the ball against the post 15 times but clapped before catching the ball and then shoot. The point of this drill is before shooting in a real match you would have been running and its to control yourself before your shot.
Drill 2: Circuit training which increases you're heart rate and then a shoot at the end for control. Complete the circuit clockwise and anti-clockwise.
Drill 3: This drill is called shuttle shots where you complete a specific high intensity shuttle run and then proceed to take 10 shots.
