Have four queues. The player with the ball starts the drill off by passing straight to the person running directly to them. The rule is then, once the ball is thrown straight, it is then thrown diagonally. The player with the ball then throws the ball across to the player on a diagonal option. Once that player recieves the ball, she then throws it straight to the player moving onto the ball forwards.
For this drill to be successful, players must begin moving towards the ball early, so the player holding the ball does not have to wait. The drill should be fluent and quick.
