The group is divided into two teams, with each being told the way they are shooting. The aim of the game is for the centre to get the ball to the player called out by the coach as quickly as possible.
To begin with there is no defensive element, the aim is simply for players to move the ball as quickly as possible (make sure players move the ball around the court).
