Groups of 4:
Player 1 is GS
Player 2 is C
Player 3 is WA
Player 4 is feeder/GK
Player 4 feeds bacll to 2/3, who pass the ball to Player 1 as GS, GS has to make 5 shots, one at each cone, using players 2/3 to get to each cone (out and in method)
Progression: Player 4 becomes a GK and has to mark the ball using either lean technique or jump technique
Shooting: feet hip width apart, arms extended above head gives the ball greater height and therefore has to travel less to get into net, W position or one hand at the base/one at side
Marking ball: Leaning - 1m away, partially obstructs shooters view, can get in way of balls follow through, weight on balls of feet and hips over base to support. Jumping - uses more explosive power, jump after release of ball with a quick reaction time
Remember with both techniques, once the ball has been put up, to go for the rebound!
