DESCRIPTION

*Everyone begins on the baseline:

  1. Walk (with purpose) to halfway then jog x 2
  2. Jog to halfway then sprint rest of way to baseline x 2
  3. Butt kicks to halfway then high knees to end of court x 2
  4. Side steps to halfway then back (facing the same way)

Dynamic stretching (only up to transverse line):

  1. Lunges
  2. Squats
  3. Walking hamstring stretch
  4. Walking quad stretch
  5. Others (if players feel necessary)

*During dynamic stretching get the equipment needed for drill one
