Station 1 - Around the world shooting (7 cones & 1 netball)
- 7 cones are placed in the netball D
- Students aim is to shoot a goal from each cone, if they get it in they move to the next cone and keep shooting until this miss. Then it is the next persons turn
Station 2 - Passing (1 netball)
- Students standing in a circle pass the ball to each other
- Start with chest passes then bounce, one handed and lob passes
Station 3 - Once Bounce (1 netball)
Station 4 - Keepings off (Bibs and 1 netball)
- Students in group split into two teams
- Using one netball third students have to pass the ball to each other
- If the ball hits the ground then it is a turn over
- Netball rules apply
