Teams/2 groups.
Aim: ball control, changing direction, reaction, team work, communication
First person in line runs at diagonal to receive ball from the feeder, feeder passes them the ball.
Second person throws their ball to the feeder as the first is receiving it. They get ready to run in the opposite diagonal to previous player.
First runner passes their call to the third person and darts to the back of the line.
Variation. change direction.
TP: Drive out hands read to receive, maintain intemsity, quick move after passing, ready for next pass.
