Prompt athletes to do it themselves at trainings, pre game, during game & post game.

-'Mantra' Description of themself, reinforce a strength & a weakness/inconsistency
IE: i am a Speedy (STRENGH) Ninja (DESCRIPTIVE WORD) who is fast & well timed off the C Pass (PERONAL INCONSISTENCY/WEAKNESS)
DURING GAME:
-sandwhich effect for coach & athletes to use indiviaually & get the performance out of themselves/athlets

IE: our rentention & utilising of C Passes is great score wise, lets be faster off the whistle on C pass by using well timed prelims off the line to increase our retention %, our technique-placement & decision making has been great from baseline to baseline transition from defence.
POST GAME:
Opposition analysis
-Key players/game plays that we could shut down better.
-What skills/technique will we need to adapt next time we play them to shut that down
