Player jogs forward to line, player drives forward into a sprint to recieve ball from feeder and passes back.
Then player takes the role of a shooter and drives into D to recieve bounce pass from feeder.
Player shoots and feeder takes role of Keeper and recieves rebound.
-When driving forward back should be straight and opposite arms to legs.
-Bounce passes should be low, sneaky and quick.
-Shooting isn't the main focus (just used to develop understanding of when to use skills)
