Warm up; Christmas tree x3, lunge walk, run around in a limited space and when the word CHANGE is shouted i have to change direction, then the last warm up will be a warming up jog where you run for different spaces show in the diagram on the right.
Main skills; stable body positioning with catching and passing the ball.
cool down; stretches that will help loosen up my muscles in my legs and arms.
Then at the end of the session i will collect all the equipment in and put it away.
for the next session i will try to make sure that i beat my time for the Christmas tree and to see if i can get faster each session. I will keep a record of my times in each session on my 6 week stopwatch plan holder.
