Techniques and drills
pass 1: chest pass, technique - step forward with one foot, holding the ball with your hands meeting in a W position close to your chest, once you step forward into the pass it will put power behind the ball sending it to the receiving persons chest
pass 2: bounce pass: essentially it is like the chest pass, you put your hands in a w position on the ball and the hold the ball at your wait, you then step forward with left/right foot and aim to bounce the ball close enough to the receiver. The aim of the pass is to not pass the ball with too much power as it will bounce too high and could be intercepted in a game situation
pass 3: overhead pass:
