Netball 3 Point Passing Drill- Catch and Release

1 ball
Start in a triangle formation using one ball passing to each other with different passes.
Then add another 2 balls (3 in total), so each person has a ball in their hands at all times. Using the 3 balls, pass in a triangle formation using chest passes.
If too easy place 1 or 2 defenders in the middle.
