Teams split into two teams, each player in the teams are numbered 1-4. The coach at random lists off a number while throwing the netball into the court. The player who is that number runs into the court and attempts to reach the ball before the opposition. upon reaching the ball the player must attempt to through it to either coach on the court.
Ensure players reach the ball before the opposition without stepping. Be considerate about players colliding. Some players may be unable to throw the ball all the way to the coach so make sure to move with the player.
