The first player starts with the ball. From there the first runner, side steps horizontally to the left to recieve the ball.
They then pivot on their landing foot and pass to the second runner who is doing the same thing but on the right.
That player then pivots and repeats the steps with the final runner who is running to the left.
The final runner then does a long pass to the secong thrower in line and everybody moves up.
