1 at a time, student A runs to partner on opposite side, high fives, returning to their starting position.
Once their partner has returned, the other students runs to opposite sideline, high fives their partner and returns to their starting position
Repeat completing the following;
Building up pace e.g 50, 70, 80 & 100%
Side step
Hopping
Skipping
Grapevine
Running backwards
Once complete, meet your partner in the middle and complete dynamic stretching
