DESCRIPTION

1. Stand behind and to the side of the cone, reverse pivot

on the leg closest to the defender, and continue the

movement until the attacker is on the other side of the

defender leading out at 45deg. repeat both sides

2. Repeat the above movement but reverse roll halfway

through the movement to lead at 45deg. repeat both

sides

3. add ball

4. add passive defender

5. add proper defence
