COACHING POINTS

  1. BOUNCE BALL SHOULD NOT BE HIGHER THAN THE KNEE.
  2. LOOP BALL NOT TO HIGH BUT HIGH ENOUGH TO TEST THE PLAYER'S JUMPING BOUNDRIES.
  3. TWO HANDS SHOULD BE TROWN WITH ELBOWS TROWER'S SIDES. 
  4. SHOULDER BALL IS WITH ONE HAND. THROW THE BALL SO THAT IT MAKES A STRAIGHT LINE AND NOT A BIT OF A LOOP.
