DESCRIPTION

Feeder starts with the ball.

  1. Attackers start one behind the other.
  2. A1 leads in one direction and A2 reacts and leads off in the other direction.
  3. The F throws to one them (A1).
  4. A2 reoffers down the court adn then back up to receive pass from A1.
  5. After releasing the ball A1 then reoffers back towards their starting position.

Prigression

  • Add 1 defender
  • Add 2 defenders
  • Add 2 defenders with hands over pass
