Thrower starts with ball at top of goal circle and only passes into the circle on a driving lead.
Shoorters keep movements going with strong leads and drives.They can only swap side at the top of the goal circle.

Progress to another feeder on the circle,
Strong lead and communicate between each other. Get shooters to swap sides but only on the drive.
Clearing lead should have player facing out and towards the ball at all time. Make sure they dont turn their back.
