In groups of 4 each player needs to stand on one cone, 2 players will be behind the same cone. Each person needs to throw the ball, using a chest pass, to every member of their group in succession. They need to do it in order. When the ball has been thrown and caught by the person it was thrown too, that person need to walk or slowly jog to the next cone, to the whole team is moving on the go.
Then if they are finding it too easy then they can take one step in, which will increase the speed and the pace of the way the team is throwing the ball. Then one person can stand in the middle of the triangle, as the defender, and the other members can throw the ball to whichever team mate, in whichever direction to avoid the defender intercepting the ball.
