In pairs, throw and catch a netball to one another, with a chest pass, ensuring that the ball is thrown and caught at chest height, with elbows in and a W is made with the hands behind the ball. When this is at a good standard, one person in the pair steps one or two steps back, to increase the distance as well as the speed and power to ensure the ball reaches the other person in the pair.
