1. Aerobic exercise

  • 10 lengths of court
  • Court runs

2. Dynamic stretching.

  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • Butt Flicks
  • Bent over upper body rotation & stretch up
  • Walk, walk, stretch

3. Static stretching

  • Calves - long & Short
  • Quads
  • Hamstrings
  • Hip Flexor
  • Chest and Shoulder

4.Anaerobic exercise.

  • Triangle cone sprint
    • sprint, jog alternate sides of triangle
