DESCRIPTION

Odd number of students. 1 ball. 

  1. Assemble in 2 lines, in this example there is 4 in the top line and 3 in the bottom line. This is completely changeable to the amount of partipants you have. 
  2. Start with the ball in the left of the top line and pass to the person closest to them on the bottom line. 
  3. From there, the person on the bottom line throws the ball to the person in the top line and to the right.
  4. Continue until end of line, you can also go back in reverse. 

 

 

COACHING POINTS

There are a few ways to make this drill harder:

  • Moving the participants further apart
  • Going faster
  • Changing the type of pass

Make sure the participants are using correct techniques at all times.
