In netball the girls are allow to hold the ball for 5 SECONDS no longer if so the ball will be given to the other team.
If a player on our team touches the ball last before it goes out side of the court it will be the other teams ball they will pass it from outside the court behind the line of where it goes out if the player has there feet on the line the ball will be ours. if they were the ones you touched the ball last before it goes out the ball will be ours and we will thorw it in from where it last whent out.
if a player goes into a part of the court the they are not allowed in the ball will be given to the other team and it will be throw from the area the player whent into even if the other team had the ball already.
you are not allowed to step if you do step the ball will be given to the other team and the ball will be thorwn from where you steped when you get the ball you can not move the foot you landed on but you can move the other foot to move you around in a circular movement piviting if you land on two feet you can choice which foot you move but then the other one can not move if you land on one foot before the other but move the foot that landed second the ball will be given to the other team and the other team will need to throw the ball from where you last were.
when you are throwing the ball from the centre circle you need to pass it in the middle thrid before you can throw it into a goal thrid. you can not throw a ball over one thrid with out it being touched in the third this is called untouched and the other team will be given the ball
you have to be 3 feet from the other player before you put your hands up to defend if you are to close you will be told to stand beside and you not be allow to move, talk or defend until the player throws the ball.
when throwing the ball we throw it with one arm over shoulder, you catch with two hands.
