The aim of the drill is for the shooter to get free and receieve the ball over head or by getting infront. The importance of the drill is to wait for the feeder and to throw the ball at the right time therefore for the shooter to dodge or call for the ball at the right time. Each of the three attackers will feed the ball from different areas around the circle into the shooters. The GK will aim to block and defend the ball whilst the shooter will get free. Therefore the focus of the session is to enable more positive feeding into the cirlce for a higher shooting score.
